Location

Located 40 minutes from South Tenerife airport and 20 minutes from Las Americas, the apartment is situated in Playa del La Arena, next to Puerto Santiago on the West Coast of Tenerife, 3 Kilometres from Los Gigantes.

It is in a quiet location, but with loads of bars and restaurants, well within walking distance and 150 meters from a small award-winning beach.

Also within walking distance is a small harbour. The apartment has sea views to the front (and from the terrace) and views of the hills to the rear. The area of Playa del La Arena is renowned for the sunsets over the island of La Gomera.

Amenities

There is a forty square meter terrace and both bedrooms have en-suite facilities, double beds and fitted wardrobes. There is a well equipped kitchen with microwave, cooker, fridge freezer and washing machine.

There is also a television, DVD player and midi system in the lounge area.

An English couple are on site to manage the apartment. They will change towels and sheets, and hold a key, which can be collected from them on arrival. There are flights from Bristol, Birmingham, Exeter and Cardiff on Tuesdays and Fridays.

Additional facilities can be made to have the management couple pick guests up from the airport if required.
